Main Screen and in game menus do not refresh properly.

Hi,
While waiting for DW2 to release I wanted to play DWU for a little, everything seemed fine up until actual game starts. The main screen usually does not refresh until you Alt-Tab or switch to another window and back. Game becomes unplayable. May be someone knows how to fix this?
DirectX 9 installed, Windows update says I'm up to date, Radeon drivers are up to date (Radeon Chill and similar features disabled). I've tried running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode, also switching off full-screen optimizations.
The Game is Steam version, so it's up to date.
