Movement after Supply Beachhead

I'm able to move any naval after it uses "Supply Beachhead" where according to the manual it's supposed the end the naval units movement.
I simply move the naval unit or sub to a target hex, click supply beachhead and *before clicking anywhere else* click-move the unit elsewhere.
In the example picture, the UK naval units in Alexandria move to (188, 11) supply the two ground units and then sail back to Alexandria.
