Is it possible to mod the game to have more pilot pool. Now we have the Traincom and general reserve. I would like to have a other reserve. One for pilot ready for deployment and one for pilot that finish a part for there training but need more. Let say for example he finish is defence training and i want to send him in a other unit for naval bombing training.

A alternative would be to lower the requirement for the Traincom and I will use that one.
