Strange situation here with the Romanian units. They should get reinforcement, but they do not, or just from time to time. They have always been in supply, already top tech, always on priority (and for a while all other Romanian where on no reinforcement), plenty of PPs, and MPs, available and up to 50 allowed for reinforcement. Yet they only seem to get reinforcement once in a while and… 5 points in one shot!

Last turn, their air unit was also allowed to get reinforcement and it did, but not the land units which should have priority over it (and whose steps are even cheaper!).

Land is always before air if both are in priority. You have to set only air to priority

Yes I know hence my surprise. Both (those two land and one air) were on priority (other all blocked), so it should have been the land, not the air. But it was the air.

And the previous months it was the land but 5 steps or so at in once every few turns instead of 1 or so per turn (PPs et, were all available). The repair seems random for those two units only.

yep! And they do sometimes repair (and upgrade no problem). Romania keeps accumulating PPs then repairs for 30 PP in one shot instead of gradually! They were in supply for over a year non stop...
