1941 Naval Specialties?

1941 Hotseat.
I cannot select the "screen" specialty for large warships such as the USS South Dakota. It does work for warships such as the USS Nevada. Is this working as intended?

If "Screen" is not allowed for subs, it should be clearer in the interface.

There is also a difference of behavior if fleet is at sea or in port. Not sure I understand the logic here.

I read your post (I should have looked there first) and something does seem a bit off.

I fixed it and mentioned in the other post. Used the wrong variable and selection is based on fleet size.
So 4+ fleet you can pick all
3+ 3 of 4 so on.
It is fixed and I uploaded it to Matrix patch people. But the one I was going to use was sent late afternoon. Hopefully they didn't start on it yet.
Can't believe no one caught this in beta testing

This is what happens when you put a screen on a sub.
(out side this WHO in their right mind would put Screen on a sub...OH its you ncc...sorry I did not see you there)

Luckily my email was caught just today so I was able to squeeze in a few more fixes for scenario balance.
Hopefully they will get to the patch this week.
