Alternating color rows on the commander's report

Someone mentioned this off hand in another thread (can't find it again now), and it seems like a worthy improvement.

All the rows in the commander's report are currently one color. This can make it difficult to tell which items are on which line (made more difficult because the text is small).

This could be made much easier if the rows on the commander's report alternated color (it could be an alteration between a light red and dark red for Soviets, and a light blue-green and dark blue-green for Axis).

Here is an example:

Notice the alternating colors on each row of the spreadsheet (a pivot table from microsoft excel). This makes it easier for the eye to trace what is on each line and which entries correspond with each other on the same row.

Here is a quick semi mock-up of the CR that I threw together in GIMP of what this could look like. I set the first couple rows to have alternating light/dark shades, this makes it much easier to read:

I'm pretty sure this has been suggested before and has gotten a lot of support. I'm fine with it either way TBH, but I can see how it would be helpful for a lot of people.
