Konstantinovsky at 263,175 has a fuel factory but is not on a rail line or road. It will never produce fuel.

Now there are 2 Konstantinovsky, the other one is at 229,105 on a rail line so perhaps the fuel factory should be there but more likely perhaps it should have been in Konstantonovka in the Donets.

should be this location which makes it the Yaroslavl refinery named after D.I. Mendeleev which is located in the Konstantinovsky village in Yaroslavl oblast
so 229:105 would have indeed been the correct location

In german intelligence 05.41 there is a fuel factory in Konstantinovsky 229-105
and probably also in Jaroslavl. No sign of a fuel factory in Konstantinovsky 263-175.
Also no fuel factory in Donets Konstantinovka 248-176 but a large oil depot.

Remain at current version of game, please transfer Fuel production factory from 263, 175 to 229, 105

In the latest beta (version 01.09) the wrong Konstantinovsky (263,175, location #2055 in the editor) still appears with 10 fuel Production. It seems clear that the correct location should be changed to Konstantinovsky (n) (229,105, location #2002 in the editor).

Fixed in version 1.01.10
