Why does Fairbanks oil take 4 cp to get to Anchorage?

This is reproduceable and uses the latest version of the beta. It has occurred over a couple of games. I do not have 4 cps available to be used, and the oil arrives where it ought to and saves properly.

I had this happen too
If you check the route it is only using the Gulf of Alaska sea zone, so it is a display bug only, I think.

Actually, in my case, there is no cp in Gulf of Alaska (there is a CW cp, but the US has not taken the option to lend to allies as yet.). But I agree, it is only a display bug as the resource is saved appropriately at the turn end.
