Should I be able to see the TERR entry (between NAT and TILE, I am sure I remember seeing it in a screen shot in a thread here) when in this view or is that one of the parts still disabled? I have looked at the map in the 1941 scenario and generic data but don't see the option. I am using version 1.00.11 Beta.

Only Devs have the ability to change Terrain. I expect it was one of my screenshots you saw. As a modder you can create new locations.
