You better set it up for four players and let the Russian player control China.

Looking at it 4 player would probably be best, with china and russia as a player. Idk who i am if I was picking I would be Germany, second choice, Russia and China

I would join if it wasn't because in two weeks time I won't be able to continue playing until august.
