Hello,
How to reduce friction?

Manual says Authority impacts friction with adviser. Do I need an adviser with low Authority? Or an adviser doesn't create friction when he attached to a leader with low authority?

There are Emotional and Witty personality traits. Do I need to pair high Emotional people to reduce friction?

My still uncertain guess so far is that :
- You want the leader *being* advised to have low Authority and low Emotion(al).
- Compatible Profiles seem to help.
