If they surrendered they are part of the UK fleet and take the controller's flag.... I think.

Affirmative. Just did the test with 1.00.07 patch, the HNLMS De Ruyter is removed from the game once DEI surrenders and is going directly in the Deployment queue for UK.AlvaroSousa wrote: Fri Jun 17, 2022 3:20 pm If they surrendered they are part of the UK fleet and take the controller's flag....
