Denmark/Norway event flaws

A flaw in the Denmark event for the Axis. When the event kicks in April 40 at the end of the Axis turn, it leaves Denmark with nothing to prevent an instant invasion by the Allied player using foreknowledge that it will happen and having AVL's ready to go. Somewhat the same with Norway and Oslo having an infantry with 1-4 strength. Instant liberation for Denmark and pretty much the same for Norway. Only way to try to prevent it is to make a barrier of subs, which is not realistic to how I would suggest at least a German garrison unit appear in Copenhagen to make them work for it a little, but even then, that's easy enough to overwhelm. Don't allow the infantry in Oslo to be less than 5 strength. Or maybe make the Norway/Denmark kick in during the turn when the Axis player accepts the Denmark event?

Agreed, I've made a note to look into options to hopefully fix this.

Might be interesting to make the Norway event time-variable based on the first clear weather turn in Oslo. So might happen a little earlier or a little later than April 1940.

Yeah, this would make early 1940 a little less certain, which would be a bonus with MP matches in my view. :)
