Would it be possible to make a scenario with production on starting form japan controlling only the Japanese Island and the make it form the beginning of the china/Korea invasion all the ways to the end of the WW2?

What is the situation a the beginning of this DLC? Those are thing I want to know to decide if I buy or not the DLC.

I know I'm kind of 8 years late but I believe the game is lock from 1922 to 1930, don't think you can extend this.
