…bought the game via Matrix, because I’d like to support you guys, but there seems to be something wrong with the Steam key generation.

1. steam key was already generated on My Page
2. Steam key = Matrix key
3. Steam key is not recognized by Steam as a valid key

Please - before anyone tells me to buy via steam instead, yes I could have done so and saved EUR 3,- because of a bundle discount and price difference, yet like I explained before although I like using Steam, I prefer to buy directly from Matrix.

It should be fixed now, could you please try again? Let us know if it works

Works fine

1. No pre filled Steam key
2. Generate Steam key via Get Steam key option
3. Register at Steam, bingo!

I was so excited to watch the last two episodes of "Babylon Berlin" that I had forgotten this game was out today.
Rectified that! I shall now give it a go!
