I get so frustrated with these games.

Third turn of long 1943 campaign as Allies.
1. Auto-Plan Raids
2. 8th Air Force
3. Primary Air Bases
4. Plot all Recon
5. 8th Air force does not have enough resources or there are no targets in range.

I can't even get past this simple task without fighting the damn computer.

So on the third turn the 8th air force can't even find one plane to do a recon mission?

Did you try raising the minimum range and visibility settings?

Is it too cloudy, hard to take off and find targets in bad weather

also min lead flight morale and target damage threshold settings can be adjusted.
