Best source for info on "supplementary" aircraft loadouts (ECM pods/TARPs etc)

Short of googling each ECM/DECM/camera/recon system individually in the game, is there a good source out there for reading up on the specs on how to use, say, a TARPs pod? Example: speed, pathing to take, flying altitude, etc?
