I played as the Soviets vs. AI. On 2-3 turn all Northern German Army units disappeared in the trapped Baltic region? This is a large Army Group to just vanish. I drove my armor units to the coastal regions in all directions and no German units at all? What gives.

I would suggest posting them so that the dev team can take a look.

Which difficulty settings are you playing at? Probably the units were "evacuated", ie. they teleported to safety.

Could the AI have been transferred to another TB, or disbanded everything in Courtland, to put the manpower, directly into Berlin?

If you are playing the AI, the AI often "cheats" by being able to move large quantities of units through ports, more than a human would be able to. I suspect that is happening. I would post the saves for devs to confirm.
