Does someone know if this operation(scenario) is available in TOAW3/4?

I found this in the forum from 2017.
Operation Fruhlingserwachen 1945 TOAW Redux
Spring Awakening, the last Axis offensive in the East
It has an attachment, which should be the scenario.
