Scenario: Counterattack at Villiers

There are two inf units (one of which has an lmg) and a leader pre-loaded on a transport truck at the start of the game. In the command phase, I attempted to switch the lmg from an inf unit to the leader, and the support weapon disappeared upon hitting the transfer button - neither the original unit or leader has it.

I had something similar in a custom mission where I had a PAK38 hitched to 3 Ton truck at at some point it dissapeared as well. I can't remember if I was trying to unload it or just moved it but the next thing I know it wasn't hitched anymore and it wasn't on the board either.

OK I was able to reproduce the bug. I had the PAK38 hitched up and drove around a bit, once I detached the PAK38 and picked it's location hex it dissapeared. However it actually was still present but wasn't showing on the board. You could still select the unit and the enemy units fired on it like normal but the graphic wasn't showing. Screen Capture shows the hex selected and the PAK38 showing up in the bottom right but as you can see it's not there

I have tried to recreate this issue and managed to get it to happen once but couldn't find the exact steps to take to recreate the issue so I know what to fix.

The one time I managed to recreate it a right-click made the unit visible.

If you find the exact steps please do let me know.

I've tried several times to reproduce this but was unable. I tried to load and unload several units and support weapons, ATG's etc. I wanted to say it happened after unloadng, re-loading and then unloading a 2nd time but again I coudln't reproduce it reliably. I'll keep an eye out for it in the future and let you know.

Is it normal for support weapons to be destroyed along with the holding unit?

Can confirm the lmg reappeared later in turn one, by the axis def fire phase. Leader had been unloaded during the axis turn and it hadn't come back during the move phase. It's an MP game so can't be sure when the counter did rematerialise - but it was at some point in turn 1.
