Since Supply is arguably the most important conceipt in wite2, is there a toggle for a supply overlay?
I thought old wite had one but maybe I am mistaken ??

I think you may be referring to Freight Shipments that shows where the supplies are going to and where from.
Just press the number 8 [:)]

Also, the 'N' key toggles the graphical displays for your depots.

The bar graphs can be a little misleading, but mouse over in this display mode will show you freight received/sent/stored/lost by the depot.

I perhaps am thinking of a different series that used a 0-10 scale and you had an overlay....
Too many older games cluttering my mind!!\lol

So.. I will look, this game actually has a ton going on "under the hood"
