Hi

Seem to be getting an irregular crash firing new US spiral missiles at fixed targets. Doesn't happen all the time but generally occurs mid-flight when it does. Once the crash occurs once it will occur with subsequent launches of other ballistic weapons. Checking the event logs you can see a null-reference error. Doesn't seem to happen to KN-23 so maybe Spiral specific.

Files attached. Spiraltest.scen is base file. Spiraltest1.scen is a crash save. Sometimes it crashes at start (stays crashed), other times it runs. [:)]

To replicate run spiraltest1. If you run the base file I manually fired at the target. The behavior will persist until the Command application is shut down and restarted.

Ok in 1147.28 no crash but spiral 1 and 3 don't damage the target. Log notes a hit. (see attached save file). You'll notice it says airbursted but no damage to the building.

A couple of issues on this.

1) Highly-accurate weapons with an airburst warhead were direct-hitting instead of airbursting, and thus the relevant effects were not triggered. Fixed for the next exe release.

2) The unitary PrSM variant had a "frag" warhead which is effective only against unarmored targets. IRL the unitary PrSm uses a "superfrag" warhead which is also effective against light armor. Fixed for the next DB release.
