GM. I have both CMO and CMANO. I bought The Silent Service for CMANO. How do I install it to run in CMO.

CMANO DLC licenses automatically port over to CMO as since CMO was released the DLC purchases are now for CMO. If you use the Matrix updater you should see your licenses all displayed. If they are not there you can enter them just as you would a new addition and yo will be good to go.
