[Fixed] Do submarines need to move to make noise? (Biologicals)

It seems that the new shrimp biological units are nearly undetectable. I'm picking up ostensibly much quieter fish schools from quite a ways away, but can't seem to detect the shrimp from right on top of them (a few thousand yards).
A possible explanation is that they have no propulsion per se?
As for a scenario, I'm just using the Knife Fight in a Phone Booth QB set to the Caribbean theater.

Hi boogabooga,
We need a save file to investigate this properly, there are too many variables at play to reproduce this reliably.

To elaborate... I implemented code changes so that this should no longer be the case. I am testing it and seeing everything WAD.
We can guess, but without a save, we will never know [:)]

Looks like there may have been a merge issue, we definitely wouldn't have been able to reproduce without the save.
Fixed for the next update.
Thanks!
