Add build this turn column on the production screen

The production screen could really do with the addition of the column "build this turn" to the left of the build column which would give general info about what was build and make it easier to check if the production system is working properly.
The information on what gets build in a turn is not only fragmented in different parts of the event log (which is annoying) but it is also incomplete, as no information is provided about generic builds, like for example how many rifle squads were build last turn.
