In the previous turn French Indo-China was Occupied by the Japanese. FIC Territorial Unit was not on the Map at the time of Action event.

JP was surprised during Production that FIC Territorial was not in the force Pool available for building.

On investigation unit appears to be in Conquered Pool.

I do not believe this is correct

Latest game save if anyone is capable of relocating the unit.

I got it to relocate to "Force Pool" but it is still listed as a French Indo China unit although it does say "controlled by Japan".

So I am not sure it will show up as buildable but you can give this file a try. Since it is NetPlay, both players will need to use this file.

It does appear in JP Force Pool during review game. My opponent is travelling at the moment so we will see on his return and let you know if it works.
