There is a serious enough bug in air units flying over water that I put in a hot fix request already for it. So be patient.

I ended up removing the auto-naval retreat rule I added. It was causing more exploits than it solved.

FYI there is some issue in processing with the software Matrix uses to create packages so the hotfix has been delayed slightly. This is not a backlog issue.
So it will be a few more days. Out of my hands.

One can't expect more dedicated support than this. Thank you.
(Like with WitE2, I am waiting for the product to "cure" a bit and then will jump in. Meanwhile, it seems plenty of people are enjoying this title,especially PBEM.)
