Wanting a Japan player for the new Empire mod recently released.
scenario would be 42 rules will be most likely what the mod created has suggested we can modifie and add on as needed same with the game option's

Wow - just seen this let me know how it goes and send me a few turns from time to time for evaluation. I se eyou have played some RA ... that was the bones for this.

the rules are not too bad and most are for balance on turn 1.
Which one are you playing 42? 43 is only for Novice Japan against an exp allied.

Oh and remember this is for realistic r+d on aircraft though you can play with the Engines and you need to. If Japan plays without RRD then the game will be broken for certain.
