Unit Counter Upgrade Numbers

Hey all. I saw some screenshots that have all the upgrade numbers even if they are 0 in the corner of the NATO counters. Wondering how to turn those on?

Essential to have on your counters. Nice seeing someone using NATO counters too for a change. [8D]
