How do I send all a/c at a single base to reserve? I am currently searching for each one individually but it seems like there should be an easier way.

in the commander's report, you can filter ac by base.
doing that, once you only have the ac at the base appearing in your commander's report listing, you can hit the transfer button at the top of the report page.
it will transfer all ac units listed. (it may prompt you what theater box - or - may just default to reserve) don't remember.

Thank you Sauron, but I am still missing something here. In the CR, when I start in Air/Air Groups I cannot filter by air base or location; when I start in Units/unit(name) I can filter down to the airbase I want but I do not have an option to move the a/c on that base. What am I doing wrong?

in both the air group and AOG pages there is a filter for airbase, this is usually hidden so you need to alter what is being displayed
from this I can select just a single air base and transfer to the reserve

I found the file and I see there are hidden columns in the CSV file via EXCEL.
But how do you find the hidden columns in the game via the CR that loki100 showed?

loki100 - sorry to ask again but it seems important.
How did you show those hidden columns in the game? I can see them when I export the file into EXCEL but you seem to have done so in the game.
