Hi, can someone help me on this matter?

Onedrive folder? Why there?

Should be.

"C:\Users\Your name\Documents\My Games\WarPlan Pacific"

for example, I chose "C:\Users\Your name\Documents\My Games\WarPlan Pacific"

but still got same error message.

dont know why some files would be installed there.

But instead "your name" you used chenr, I guess, and still an error?

Why is it trying to install to one drive?
Set it to a normal drive.

Is it because you have an e-mail address as a user name and is that connecting into 'OneDrive' ?

I believe if you login to windows and have oneDrive active, then when you put files under "My documents" which is the same as <user>\Documents, then windows will maintain a copy on OneDrive.

Solution is to install in a different directory not under documents directory.

Why not install it under the default which is C:\programs....\Matrix\WarPlan

It's trying to create folders for configuration files. My guess is it's the "??" in the path that's the issue. Are you using special characters for any system or user folder names?
