No longer able to assign units to RR repair commands

Was this intentional in latest patch? No longer able to transfer the Labor / Construction groups in or out of the railroad repair commands (so stuck with some that have none attached in MP!)

That's the way it originally was. It was broken, IIRC, in 1.01.00 (in fact any support unit could be assigned to them in 1.01.00), but was fixed in the most recent version to put it back the way it used to be. FBD/NKPS units should not be able to assign any new units to them. They only get the units that start attached. If you send them elsewhere you can't get them back.
