Origin hex weather not taken into accus

Hi Alvaro,
In case it helps find the problem, here is another even similar tot the previous one in USSR. The Italian aircraft was in Heavy rain but intercepted in Rain. In this case it was in the enemy turn instead of my own but same results.
It seems that sometimes, the weather of the origin hex of a mission is not taken into account.
