Interception not using OPs

Hi Alvaro,
A strange event here. I moved the fleet out of Malta and it was intercepted by Italian air units and defended by the UK fighter. The pic here is after the combat. However the fighter did not lose any OP during its interception (should be down to 1, but still has 2).
Also, when I moved another fleet that was also intercepted within the fighter's range, the fighter did not fly this time even if it still had 1 (or 2?) OPs and way over 50% strength and readiness. Not sure if the two things are related.
But I must say it is the first time I see it, so maybe just a one time code fluke but I posted it in case it might ring a bell for you.
I'll keep an eye open if I see it again.
