Italian Air Unable to Move

France is near falling...I am on the outskirts of Paris.

So I decided to move the Italian air into position.

But I can't.
They can move by transports but not by air.
The Italians have over 70 oil so it is not that.
PBEM game with Nirosi

Any thoughts?

Neutrals can not fly yet. The problem with the sea been "neutral" has been solved, but not "land neutral". Probably next patch.

I thought it was fixed but I have been railing and sea transports.

Okay well back to the game then.
