It looks like the Allies can form Kamikazes. It is an on going game so I didn't click to see if it really added it on not.
I checked UK and they were able to add them too.

It looks like you can add them but when you do it says no.

You can't add them as the Allies. It says NO!
The work around is a little more complex to remove it from the choices due to bad programming on my part. I ain't no bettah.
Now I do. I'll put it on the list for next time.

And, I had volunteers lined up to do it.[:D]
