Dose any tool were i can add note/label to the maps like the position of my training squadron, position of my mine field vs ACM... exist?

On the tracker there is a maps but we can't add note to it. Unless i miss something.

paint and notepad are how I keep track of things. pain in butt however I haven't found anything better

I have done in photoshop for myself a map with Hqs (japan) and its ranges and plans for operations. If you could use an psd file i could share.
