Noumea garrison is too easy to take

Could you please beef up the USA garrison located in Noumea?
Something like 5/10 instead of 2/10.
Noumea is falling too easy in the early turns of the Pacific 1941 campaign.

Especially now that it is a candidate for upgrade. Important not to lose Noumea early.

But, this is historical. The 182nd Infantry Regiment only arrives in Noumea on 12 March 1942.
Don't change anything.
I should have relieved the garrison on turn one.

I am not sure yet. I need to do more tests when I switch the garrison by an Australian division.

Just one thing, at start of the scenario, the 2/10 US garrison does not start entrenched. Will it change anything to add one entrenchement level?
