I was wondering if there is any effect on Bulgarias mobilization, or other minors mobilization, if the Ottoman empire surrenders specifically or a major of either side surrenders in general?

I tried looking through the editor, but couldnt really find anything there.

I think the only minor influenced by a major surrender is Romania... but you already know about that one.
