I know, I'm just grumpy old man. But in regards to WEGO, we should've had Combined Arms long ago...
Anyway - being a great fan of WEGO system, I'm happy to see this title. Hope it won't end up in perpetual limbo like Combined Arms.

Not a chance this game will disappear into the ether. Beta testing is about to begin with an early 2022 release.

I had a chance to alpha test `Stalingrad' and I can only say that this game is super fun and way more realistic than any existing ones on the topic. Btw Brian (the game developer) is a great guy to work with and really listens to feedback from the players.

Paulus, not sure why you would think this will end up like Combined Arms considering that Stalingrad is the 2nd game in this series. The first was Desert War which was released a couple of years ago. I've played a number of of Desert War games by PBEM with friends. If you are a fan of WEGO why not try it out too.

It really needs to show the turn fully animated to give it that WEGO feeling, something Desert War didn't do.

I'm a huge, huge WEGO fan, so I'm really looking forward to this one.

A question for the Beta Testers if I may? How are you finding the AI so far? Is it challenging enough? Does it react well/ realistically to your actions?. Is it aggressive enough?

I realise this question might be covered by a NDA, but any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
