At this thread https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4389357 it explains upgrading from Battlefront version of SCWWI to Matrix gold version of SCWWI. It requires registry of game numbers, however when I go to registry it asks me to register my info after accepting terms of the forums, which I do, then rejects my info saying it's already in use. What do I do?

This morning a spammer messed up the order of threads, I'm just trying to get help from a moderator thus this post..

Hopefully, this Yow-Yow (He/She) Dude didn't hose my SC-WAW, that's this Legend drink of choice.

Moderator: OK, found where to register games after entering "My Page", However I get this message after filling in the blanks:

(chose to not show serial number here for this post)
REGISTER
To register your game, please select a game from the drop-down list.
Then enter the full serial number (eg. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx).

Please note, you can only register Slitherine/Matrix Games titles that came with a serial number.
Older releases that did not come with a serial number can not be registered at this time.[quote]
