SOLVED - WPP V1.00.04 Beta 3 - Problem with Tarakan oil & port

There is a problem with the port of Tarakan or the convoy route from Tarakan.
December 7th, 1941.
Japanese has captured several oil fields on turn one. 4 + 5 points of oil from DEI (
Sarawak and
Tarakan).
7 + 2 points of oil from UK (
Kuala Belait).

December 21th, 1941
Going to the next turn, I can see the oil coming from
Kuala Belait (7 + 2 = 9 oil points).
But, only 4 oil points are coming from DEI. Only the 4 oil points of
Sarawak.
Nothing is received from Tarakan.

So now, I decide to invade the port of
Balikpapan.

As such, I must have now 4 + 5 + 7 = 16 points of oil from DEI (
Saraway,
Tarakan and
Balikpapan).

And now, I am indeed receiving 4 + 5 + 7 = 16 points of oil from
Saraway,
Tarakan and
Balikpapan.
The problem must be with the port of Tarakan or the link to the convoy route.

The new route is fine. Solved in Beta 4.
