In Decline&Fall scenario, Italy is not longer listed in RELATIONS. Not as a Major Power, nor as a Minor Power.

In a (probably) related issue, Rome is not acknowledged as a Secondary Supply source. Whatever the status of Italy is, Rome should be a supply source for one side or the other, not?

Rome is currently German controlled.

Italy must be either completely or incompletely conquered. So geographic Italy is not the home country of Italy which means Rome is not a supply source for the Germans. It could be a supply source for the Allies.

I agree, Italy must be either completely or incompletely conquered. But in the list of countries (see #1), Italy is not listed at all. Bug?

When a major power is completely conquered, it is effectively out of the game. Hence its removal from the list of major powers.

It should be included in the list of countries in the left column. Your screenshot doesn't show whether that is the case.

Yes, Italy should have been included in the list of countries on the left. Actually, I did choose to take the screenshot in a way, so you can see, it is not listed between Italian Somaliland and Ivory Coast.
I also verified, Italy is not in the list somewhere else, out of alphabetic order.
