SOLVED - WPP V01.00.04 Beta 4 - port blockade blocking planes

This one is funny. Looks like port blockade is wrongly blocking landings, BUT NOT take-offs, of our planes.
For example, this tactical bomber unit can't land in Noumea whereas it has the range to go there.
I did not know that port blockade consists to put a ship in the middle of the runway.

You can fly out of an out of supply location, you can't fly into one.

Why? I don't understand the rationale behind this. Also bringing planes is a way to stop port blockade.

I could change it. This question has been asked often.
When something is asked often enough I tend to change how it works.
But your point makes sense.

Solved with Beta 5.1. Was able to test it now that port blockade is solved.
