just get first Edimburg then Manchester and finally London then UK surrender

This isn't a guaranteed event, as it will also depend on how many British units are left within the UK at the time that all three Capitals in the UK have fallen.

The chance of the UK not surrendering, and therefore of its capital transferring to Canada or Australia, is 3 multiplied by the number of units remaining in the UK/100.

I've never seen UK surrender; in a player game, it always gives the option to move the capital to Canada or I think Australia. Not sure about AI games, as I prefer to play other players; AI is too easy to beat.

Thinking about it further, the UK's Decision to move their capital fires when the Axis invade the UK, i.e. before their capitals have likely been captured.

Consequently it must be very rare indeed for the capital not to transfer to Canada or Australia when their 3 capitals in the UK are captured.

Civil disorders in town and ports....this is what happend in Edimburg and Manchester so you get out of supplys soon; your HQs in Britain dont supply you because of the civil disorders

so you have 5 or 6 turns to do this strategy of conquering edimburg and manchester and finaly London

but also your right it depends also on how many units Britain have left by the time you get London at last

in this particular case The AI did make to many amphibious trasports to invade normandy fron UK and german navy destroy and destroy the amphibious trasports
