This game has everything that you need, after surrender china and first Mao; then PENG
is imposible to attack them also they dont show in the diplomatic as country so i must leave them

yes there are allys now as always but; before surrender china i took the capital of communist china and destroy one unit but when surrender china after take communist china the HQ Mao change to PENG when surrended the china in the same turn
am afraid they can move outside of his kingdom but am not able to fight them in his kingdom, so if they expand they get more territory safe

I had a game where Communist China surrendered and then sometime later China also surrendered. However in one of the cities in the far west of China near the USSR border there was a Communist China HQ that could not be attacked. It was only once Japan declared war on USSR that the Communist China HQ could be destroyed.
