Hi folks

I`m playing pacific war v3.1 and i´ve got a major problem: after the first four turns my oil reserves drop below 10000 and keep on falling. The auto convoy system seems to ship fuel to everywhere, but brings no oil back.

I´ve already tried to position TKs in Balikpapan etc, but that doesn´t work either. And cause of this oil shortage i´m getting less and less Prep Points, so i´m hardly advancing anymore. Is there a bug in the auto convoy system?

Might anyone explain the routines of the auto convoy system to me? The manual says, TKs will only be used, if the target port has oil, but then why do i recieve none?

Upgrade to v. 3.2. Jeremy Pritchard built a fix into the new scenario that addresses this very problem.
