Where can I download a manual. I have played TOAW since the beginning and version IV is a little different. I especially want to play Jutland but can't figure it out cold turkey.

Manual can be downloaded here:

Note that this manual does come with the game in the "Manuals" folder, if you already possess the game.

Some info on the Jutland 1916 scenario, including an AAR, can be found here:

You can also download the community manual from here: (sorry can't find the post, it should have been made sticky so other could easily find it)

Or you can view the same manual that someone put up on their wiki here:

https://www.wargamewiki.com/wiki/index. ... ity_Manual

Note that the community manual was created by Steve and myself since the original manual was never updated like most games. (aka in both the War in the West and War in the East 1 and 2 there is living manuals for both games), TOAW IV should also have a Living Manual but apparently its not that important to folks and hence Steve and my contributions to make it so.

The TOAW manual is updated via the "What's New" document.

That’s not an update like a Living Manual which quite a few games offer (MWIF, WITE 1, WITE 2, WITW, SPWW2, SPMBT, plus others I am sure). Adding a few bullet points is far different then correcting the rules.

The What's New is far more than "a few bullet points".
