I have been importing oil to Australia since beginning. I have 10 convoys in the south pacific since the beginning. I have DDs in the area. Its march 11, and Australia still has no oil. I am importing 11 oils right now. What am I missing and screen shot coming soon. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Could you please verify the upkeep needed for Australia in the production screen? And in the convoy screen you should pay attention to any value in red. Screenshots of both windows (Production, Convoys) will help.
