Carrier pursuit vs subs

Is that possible? First time I see a carrier pursuit versus my stack of subs.
Latest patch used (1.00.141) but PBEM game started with the previous one.

I just checked it myself.
That should not be happening. I will check. Also I will see if I can get a hotfix for all this.

I have YET to see the sub successfully attacked...
It just creates an issue if there is a fleet nearby that you want to attempt to pursue...
If you keep they separated things are okay or so we think.

It is working right. It is just creating a combat log. Means I have the log creator before checking for pursuit code in the wrong place.
